AML Specialist – EDD Operations

About the role

Join Luminor's KYC Operations Unit as an AML Specialist focused on Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) in Lithuania. You will support the bank’s first line of defense against financial crime by conducting thorough customer reviews and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform periodic internal account and customer reviews.
• Maintain regular contact with relationship managers to gather necessary customer information.
• Document findings, provide recommendations, and propose process improvements.
• Plan, deliver, and follow up on tasks in line with quality standards and Luminor values.
• Contribute to personal and team development through feedback and coaching.

Required profile

• University degree in law, economics, finance management or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in KYC, CDD, EDD or OEDD processes.
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English, both spoken and written.
• High ethical standards, trustworthiness, and ability to handle confidential information.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive attitude and willingness to train and support colleagues.
