Junior Accountant – Full-time in Vilnius

About the role

Please note that this is a full-time position (not an internship) requiring availability Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. As a Junior Accountant with Convera in our Vilnius office, you will perform daily reconciliations according to pre‑established guidelines to ensure the accounting system reflects correct transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Monitoring bank activities and maintaining appropriate account reconciliations.
• Investigating open items and proposing solutions while working alongside team members.
• Obtaining and entering information in the system and manipulating various Excel spreadsheets.
• Performing data collection and analysis in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Ensuring regulations are adhered to and taking timely action to resolve issues.
• Making general ledger entries.

Required profile

• Good spoken and written English abilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with others.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures.
