About the role

Join Sweco’s environmental team as a Senior Environmental Specialist. You will support clients in assessing and mitigating the environmental impacts of large‑scale, multi‑purpose projects in Lithuania and abroad.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and evaluate environmental impact assessments (EIA), strategic environmental assessments (SEA) and related documentation.
• Develop technical environmental solutions for engineering projects, including integrated pollution prevention and control measures.
• Coordinate the public disclosure of documents and liaise with clients and governmental authorities.
• Provide expert advice to clients on environmental matters within your competence.

Required profile

• University degree in environmental engineering, natural sciences or ecology.
• 3–7 years of relevant experience in environmental assessment or consulting.
• Proficiency in English.
• Responsible, proactive, collaborative and open to change.

Required skills

• AERMOD air‑pollution modelling.
• CadnaA and WindPro noise‑dispersion modelling.
• AutoCAD.
• ArcGIS.
