About the role
The company is looking for a dedicated security guard to protect the material assets of a retail centre in Palanga. You will work in shifts, ensuring a safe environment for customers and staff while maintaining order throughout the store.
Key responsibilities
- Protect the store’s material valuables and prevent loss.
- Maintain order and discipline within the premises.
- Handle and resolve conflict situations calmly and effectively.
- Assist with loading and unloading merchandise as needed.
- Work according to a rotating shift schedule.
Required profile
- At least secondary education.
- Previous experience in a similar security or loss‑prevention role.
- Responsible attitude and willingness to work.
- Proficiency in the state language.
- Possession of a valid security guard certificate.
