Architect – Timber Frame & Log Buildings Designer

About the role

Pineca Group is seeking an Architect to design high‑quality timber‑frame and log buildings for its European market. You will collaborate with sales, production and engineering teams to create practical, customer‑focused solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design timber‑frame and log structures such as holiday homes, residential houses, garages, saunas and other wooden buildings.
• Adapt designs to meet technical and regulatory requirements of various international markets.
• Integrate manufacturing and installation considerations into the design process.
• Improve design workflows, processes and tools together with the team.
• Support sales colleagues by providing technical advice and solutions for customers.

Required profile

• Knowledge of architectural and/or structural design principles.
• Experience designing timber‑frame or other wooden structures.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Results‑oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Good English communication (minimum B1‑B2 level).

• SketchUp (advantage)
