Assembly and Installation Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an Assembly and Installation Engineer to join our high‑tech industrial equipment manufacturing team. The role involves assembling, installing, and commissioning advanced vacuum coating equipment, as well as providing warranty and post‑warranty maintenance and upgrades.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble, install and commission vacuum coating equipment.
• Perform warranty and post‑warranty maintenance on vacuum coating systems.
• Upgrade and modernise existing vacuum coating equipment.

Required profile

• Technical education with an engineering specialization.
• Knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics and electrical systems.
• At least 1 year of experience assembling, installing, adjusting and repairing complex equipment.
• Proficiency with measuring and power tools and ability to read design and electrical documentation.
• Fast learner, good communication, self‑organisation and teamwork.
• Willingness to travel on business trips, including long‑term assignments.
• Conversational English.

What we offer

• Full‑time position with a starting salary of €2 300–€2 800 gross per month, depending on qualifications.
