Assistant Intern

About the role

We are looking for a motivated, organised, and proactive Assistant Intern to join our international IT team for an unpaid practical internship. This role is ideal for a student or early‑career professional who wants hands‑on experience in day‑to‑day business operations within a joint venture of NTT DATA and Reiz Tech.

Key responsibilities

• Support different teams with administrative and organisational tasks such as document preparation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
• Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and organising internal activities and events.
• Maintain internal information and documentation, ensuring it is up‑to‑date.
• Help with data entry, basic reporting, and information gathering.
• Support internal communication, follow up on requests, and take on additional tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Student status or ability to complete a practical internship as part of studies.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative and work both independently and collaboratively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with reliable and responsible work approach.
• Basic English proficiency; German is a plus.
