Associate SecDevOps Engineer

About the role

As an Associate SecDevOps Engineer you will join a world‑leader in platinum group metals, helping to tackle global challenges such as emissions reduction and sustainable technology. You will work on advanced metals chemistry projects while applying, refining and recycling metals for a circular future.

Key responsibilities

• Support automation of infrastructure, deployments, monitoring and operational processes across modern cloud platforms.
• Embed security, compliance and resilience controls into CI/CD pipelines, cloud environments and software delivery practices.
• Contribute to platform improvements, operational readiness activities and reusable engineering tooling.
• Collaborate with engineering, security and vulnerability management teams to identify and address security risks.
• Assist with automated security testing, vulnerability scanning, secrets management and policy enforcement.
• Participate in incident investigations, documentation and continuous‑improvement initiatives across SecDevOps practices.

Required profile

• Foundational experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, cyber security, software development or a related technology discipline.
• Awareness of Microsoft Azure and cloud infrastructure concepts.
• Understanding of Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD tools such as Terraform, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps or similar.
• Basic scripting or programming skills using Python, PowerShell, Bash or related technologies.
• Knowledge of containerisation, observability and secure software delivery principles.
• Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn.
