Associate - Startup Scouting & Program Execution

About the role

Plug and Play Tech Center is looking for an Associate in Vilnius who drives the execution of its innovation path with ownership over client-facing projects, startup scouting and investments. The Associate ensures excellence in delivery, builds trusted relationships with clients and startups and contributes to measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Program execution: run end-to-end the 6-week pre-acceleration program (about 22 startups per year) and the 12-week incubation program (5 startups per year).
• Cohort facilitation: coordinate workshops, office hours, Coaching Days, mentor scheduling and progress tracking for founders.
• Founder relationship management: act as the main contact for current founders and alumni, support pitch preparation and keep CRM data accurate.
• Startup scouting: lead sourcing through open application calls and outreach to universities, incubators and tech parks, and drive pre-screening and shortlisting of high-potential startups.
• Corporate matchmaking: prepare startup introduction briefs and arrange warm introductions for corporate partners.
• Events and community: plan, organise and host Pitch Days, corporate matchmaking sessions and networking events, and build engagement across founders, mentors, partners and alumni.

Required profile

• Master's degree (MBA, Finance or related field) preferred, or a Bachelor's degree with significant relevant experience.
• 2-3 years of experience in VC, consulting, innovation or client-facing project management.
• Proven ability to deliver measurable results and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory; a third language is a significant advantage.
