About the role

Girteka, the largest European logistics company with its own fleet, is looking for a Spare Parts Manager to support purchasing activities and maintain the parts database. You will work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure a smooth supply chain for trucks, trailers and related equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain purchase orders in the system and keep the parts database up‑to‑date.
• Collaborate efficiently with suppliers and colleagues to guarantee uninterrupted processes.
• Identify optimal spare‑parts supply solutions and respond quickly to emerging issues.
• Regularly refresh data, spot part shortages and provide analytical reports.

Required profile

• Strong command of Lithuanian, English and Russian (Polish is a plus).
• Proven experience in spare‑parts supply and purchasing.
• Understanding of vehicle, truck or trailer structures is advantageous.
• Excellent analytical thinking and ability to handle large data flows.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with MS Office, especially MS Excel.
