Automation Test Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a QA Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions for our product suite. You will work closely with development and product teams to ensure high reliability and efficiency of our release process.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated tests in Python to reduce manual regression testing.
• Write, refactor, and optimise test scenarios and supporting functions according to internal QA coding standards.
• Debug failed tests, log bug reports, and collaborate on issue resolution.
• Maintain the test suite by updating flaky tests, archiving obsolete ones, adjusting execution schedules, and selecting appropriate open‑source libraries and plugins.
• Participate actively in code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and ensure product quality before production releases.
• Collaborate with the team to sustain high product reliability.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience developing with Python.
• Ability to automate tests and perform manual testing of built features.
• Strong attention to detail, quality focus, and a continuous‑improvement mindset.
• Professional proficiency in Lithuanian and English.
• Effective communication and accountability.
