AX Software Engineer (Microsoft Dynamics)

About the role

As an AX Software Engineer you will help shape and improve the business‑critical applications that support Girteka Group’s logistics operations. You will be involved in the full development lifecycle, from gathering requirements to designing, building, testing and maintaining reliable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with software engineers, solution architects, business analysts and stakeholders to deliver effective software solutions.
• Participate in all phases of the Agile/Scrum development process, including design, coding, testing and deployment.
• Develop secure, scalable, and well‑architected applications that meet business and user needs.
• Take ownership of tasks, prioritize work, and ensure timely delivery while keeping stakeholders informed.
• Contribute to coding standards, technical documentation, code reviews and retrospectives.
• Investigate technical issues, perform root‑cause analysis and implement fixes or improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing software with Microsoft Dynamics AX or similar ERP platforms.
• Strong ability to write clean, maintainable, testable code.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and following the full software development lifecycle.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and take ownership of technical tasks.
• Willingness to mentor colleagues and continuously develop technical skills.
