Back Office Specialist – Membership Operations

About the role

We are seeking a confident, customer‑focused Membership Operations Specialist to join a leading U.S. health‑insurance provider. The role is 100 % phone‑based, handling inbound calls from members and partners and providing professional support in a structured healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle 100 % inbound customer calls in English, answering questions on membership, billing, eligibility and contracts.
• Provide friendly, accurate support while listening carefully to identify the best solution or next step.
• Explain information clearly, navigate internal systems and document interactions accurately.
• Escalate or route complex issues to the appropriate team when needed.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, accuracy, quality and efficiency, following established processes and data‑protection requirements.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1+) – written and spoken.
• Confident telephone communication skills.
• Strong listening, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to remain professional in a fast‑paced, high‑volume calling environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy when handling customer information.
• Availability to work 15:00–00:00 Lithuanian time after training; must not be a current student.
