Boutique Sales Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a professional and motivated Sales Assistant to join our newly opening luxury boutique in Vilnius Old Town. You will be the face of an Italian premium fashion brand, delivering an exceptional shopping experience to a discerning clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure smooth daily operations while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
• Provide expert product consultations, present collections, and help clients create personalized style solutions.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall commercial objectives.
• Manage merchandise receiving, stock control, and replenishment.
• Maintain product displays and window presentations according to brand guidelines.
• Handle cash, inventory, and reporting tasks accurately.
• Collaborate closely with the Store Manager and the headquarters in Italy.
• Keep the boutique clean, elegant, and welcoming.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in premium or luxury retail.
• Excellent sales and customer service abilities.
• Comfortable working with demanding, international clientele.
• Fluent in English and Lithuanian; Russian or Polish is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• High responsibility, discretion, initiative, and results orientation.
• Availability to work rotating weekends.
