Branch Manager – Gargždai

About the role

The Branch Manager will lead the Gargždai site of Grigeo Group, ensuring smooth production operations, strategic goal achievement, and strong client relationships. This senior position requires both technical oversight and people leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Control the technological production process and organize the work of operational staff.
• Ensure compliance with defined technological parameters and documentation.
• Develop and execute maintenance plans, preventive work schedules, and equipment supervision.
• Prepare and manage the branch’s annual budget and strategic targets.
• Drive commercial activities, maintain long‑term client relationships, and participate in development projects.
• Recruit, train, motivate, and communicate effectively with the team.

Required profile

• Higher education degree.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of production, sales capacity planning, and financial/economic planning.
• Ability to analyse technical processes, identify problems and implement solutions.
• Excellent Lithuanian communication skills; English is a plus.
• Valid B‑category driver’s licence, first‑aid certification, and fire‑safety certificate.
