Brand Communications & PR Manager

About the role

NK2x, an international lubricants brand engineered in Sweden, is looking for a hands‑on Brand Communications & PR Manager to shape and amplify its global presence. Based in Vilnius, you will work closely with decision‑makers, sales teams, distributors and external partners to turn product launches, market expansions and factory updates into compelling brand stories.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop NK2x’s communication and social‑media strategy, focusing on LinkedIn.
• Create and manage a monthly content calendar and produce English‑language copy for social media, website, presentations and marketing materials.
• Produce day‑to‑day photo and short‑form video content, including basic editing.
• Prepare press releases, company announcements and media kits; build relationships with automotive, business, trade and industry journalists.
• Identify interview, expert‑commentary and editorial opportunities to increase brand visibility.
• Support leadership with thought‑leadership content and collaborate with designers, photographers and videographers.
• Align marketing activities with commercial objectives and monitor performance metrics such as reach, engagement, media coverage and website traffic.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in PR, brand communications, content creation or social‑media management.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong copywriting and storytelling abilities.
• Proven experience managing LinkedIn or other professional social‑media channels.
• Confidence in creating photo and short‑form video content and basic editing skills.
