Director of Growth (Performance & Scaling)

About the role

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own the global customer acquisition and retention architecture for a portfolio of high‑velocity DTC e‑commerce brands. This is a numbers‑driven leadership position focused on building, optimizing and scaling performance‑marketing engines across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute end‑to‑end acquisition and retention strategies, scaling high‑volume media spend profitably.
• Lead performance channels such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and native platforms, continuously reallocating budgets based on real‑time data.
• Build and manage a high‑volume affiliate and partnership network, collaborating with publishers, creators and media buyers.
• Drive rapid‑fire creative production and funnel testing across advertorials, VSLs, pre‑sell pages and hooks.
• Optimize unit economics (LTV/CAC) through email/SMS automation, subscription loops and upsell/cross‑sell funnels.
• Recruit, mentor and hold elite media buyers, affiliate managers, retention specialists and creative strategists to aggressive KPIs.
• Partner with brand and product owners on pricing, inventory scaling and funnel requirements.
• Maintain bullet‑proof tracking, server‑side API integrations and custom attribution models with the tech/data team.

Required profile

• 5+ years of performance‑marketing and growth leadership in high‑velocity DTC brands or agencies.
• Proven ability to scale large media budgets while maintaining profitability and target CPA/LTV metrics.
• Strong analytical mindset with deep mastery of e‑commerce metrics (CAC, CVR, AOV, MER, payback period, contribution margin).
• Fluent English and an ownership mindset thriving in fast‑paced environments.

Required skills

• Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms (including TikTok and native networks).
• Affiliate marketing program setup and scaling.
• Klaviyo and SMS automation platforms.
• Server‑side tracking, UTM structures and post‑iOS attribution modeling.
• Shopify ecosystem and analytics platforms.
