About the role

Join the finance team of Lithuania's leading bakery, part of the international Lantmännen Unibake group, as a Business Controller. You will provide accurate financial information and actionable insights to support strategic decisions and sustainable business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation of Lantmännen Unibake’s strategy in Lithuania by delivering precise financial data and business insights.
• Act as a trusted finance partner to the country leadership team, enabling data‑driven decision making.
• Collaborate with the commercial team to develop and improve processes and performance monitoring solutions.
• Prepare the annual budget, periodic forecasts, and ensure effective cost planning and execution tracking.
• Manage forecasting, budgeting, and operational planning processes, guaranteeing quality and accuracy.
• Produce high‑quality monthly financial reporting for the company.
• Analyze business results, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend actions to achieve financial targets.
• Monitor the national supply‑chain performance, generate reports, and contribute to process improvements.
• Ensure effective cost control within your area of responsibility and compliance with group reporting standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of business controlling experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to present insights clearly in Lithuanian and English.
• High attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines even during peak periods, and a proactive attitude toward process improvement.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel
• Power BI reporting
• Experience with Dynamics 365 (a plus)
