Payment Analyst

About the role

Eneba is building a secure marketplace for gamers and needs a Payment Analyst to give end‑to‑end visibility into the payment funnel that serves over 20 million active users across 17+ payment service providers. You will help create alerting, dashboards and reporting that surface issues early and drive improvements in authorization rates and conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Take diagnostic ownership of checkout funnel health, surfacing alerts and defects before they become critical.
• Lead root‑cause investigations, distinguishing engineering issues from user‑behavior patterns and communicating findings.
• Support regular reporting to cross‑functional teams, turning data into actionable insights.
• Analyze authorization‑rate, decline‑code and multi‑PSP performance to identify high‑impact bottlenecks.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science and Fraud teams on diagnostic work.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with payment funnels, decline codes and 3DS flows in a multi‑provider environment.
• Proactive investigator who can work independently and explain technical findings to non‑technical stakeholders.
