Business Security Expert

About the role

Amber Grid, Lithuania's natural gas transmission system operator and part of the EPSO-G group, is looking for a business security expert in Vilnius. The role covers physical security policy, risk assessment and coordination of security measures on company premises.

Key responsibilities

• Help shape and implement the company's physical security policy, organise its measures and improve internal rules
• Coordinate security actions during crises, mobilisation and other threats
• Organise installation of information systems and solutions needed for physical security
• Coordinate security and resilience projects and initiate purchases of security services and equipment
• Periodically assess security conditions, threats and risks and propose risk management measures
• Run security drills, training and ensure permit regimes and contractor controls
• Represent the company on physical security and national security matters

Required profile

• University degree in law, management, national security, crisis management, safety engineering or similar
• Experience in business security, public order, physical security or similar fields
• Knowledge of laws protecting key objects and continuity of operations, and ability to apply them
• Good organisational, analytical and communication skills, MS Office proficiency
• Excellent Lithuanian and good English, initiative, responsibility and a clean reputation
• Category B driving licence
