Chief Financial Officer

About the role

We are looking for a strategic Chief Financial Officer to shape and execute our financial strategy in line with the company’s growth objectives. You will lead the finance team, ensure robust budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, and drive continuous improvement across financial processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and continuously improve a financial strategy aligned with corporate goals and growth plans.
• Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure efficient, structured work and strengthen competencies.
• Prepare, monitor and control the company’s budget, financial plans and forecasts.
• Produce financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local accounting standards.
• Plan, manage and control cash flows and associated risks.
• Analyze financial KPIs, optimise processes and provide actionable recommendations to senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of finance, budgeting, cost analysis and overall business processes.
• Analytical mindset, result‑orientation and ability to deliver clear business recommendations.
• Leadership experience with KPI management and team motivation skills.
• Broad knowledge of the interaction between finance, production and IT, combining strategic thinking with operational involvement.
