Chief Marketing Officer / Head of Growth (Direct‑to‑Consumer)

About the role

Nothink is seeking a senior marketing leader to own the full growth engine of its direct‑to‑consumer (DTC) supplement business. Reporting to the co‑founders, you will drive acquisition, funnel performance, product launches, retention and market expansion across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall growth strategy, managing P&L for the DTC unit.
• Lead a 6‑person marketing team of media buyers and creative specialists, supported by CRO, email, and development experts.
• Build and scale paid and owned acquisition channels with a strong ROI focus.
• Identify growth bottlenecks, turn data into strategic decisions, and implement scalable systems and revenue channels.
• Launch new products, enter new markets, and optimise funnels and offers.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience leading growth or marketing functions in a DTC environment.
• Data‑driven mindset with a track record of turning insights into measurable business outcomes.
• Strong leadership skills, capable of building and managing high‑performing teams.
• Entrepreneurial attitude, comfortable operating in a fast‑moving, high‑growth startup.
