Videographer

About the role

As a Videographer you will partner with Employer Branding and Internal Communications to create authentic video and photo content that showcases our culture and values. From concept through final cut, you will produce bold, real storytelling that reflects our workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end video and photo production for employer branding, internal communications and key initiatives.
• Operate professional camera gear, configure lighting setups and capture crisp audio on set.
• Plan and execute full production workflows: storyboarding, location scouting, shooting, sound design, colour grading and editing.
• Capture daily moments, team events, interviews and corporate milestones.
• Manage photoshoot logistics and deliver high‑resolution corporate and lifestyle photography.
• Maintain and organise in‑house production gear, studio setups and digital media archives.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of hands‑on experience in videography, cinematography or video production.
• Strong command of cinema or mirrorless camera systems, lenses, dynamic lighting and professional sound equipment.
• Fluent communication skills in both Lithuanian and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve and After Effects.
• Experience with AI‑assisted video editing tools and motion graphics (a plus).
• Ability to develop visual concepts, shot lists and practical scripts from scratch.
