Chief Marketing Officer

About the role

Noviti Finance is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer to lead brand growth and market communication across Lithuania, Latvia and Poland. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution to boost the company’s visibility in the B2B finance sector.

Key responsibilities

• Drive brand awareness, authority and positioning for Noviti Finance in the B2B market across three countries.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy, identifying priority audiences and selecting the most effective digital and traditional channels.
• Create integrated communication assets, including core brand messages, PR initiatives, content marketing, thought‑leadership pieces and strategic partnerships.
• Coordinate external agencies (digital, SEO, PR, creative), set clear objectives, manage processes and ensure high‑quality deliverables.
• Explore innovative channels, including AI‑driven platforms, to expand visibility beyond conventional search engines.
• Design and manage social‑media strategy tailored to B2B audiences and small‑to‑medium business owners.
• Analyse marketing ROI, manage the budget and propose efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate closely with sales and business‑development teams to achieve shared growth targets.

Required profile

• Significant experience in marketing strategy creation and multi‑channel management.
• Proven track record working with external agencies and partners.
• Ability to blend strategic thinking with practical implementation.
• Self‑starter attitude, initiative and results‑orientation.
• Experience in finance, B2B, startups or fast‑growing companies is a plus.
• International market experience is a plus.
