About the role
Teltonika EMS is seeking a Chief People & Organization Officer to shape the people strategy, leadership culture, and organizational development across its manufacturing sites. The role combines strategic partnership with hands‑on execution to build scalable HR practices in a fast‑growing environment.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a strategic and operational partner to group and company leaders, analysing organisational needs, structures, teams and leadership practices.
- Develop and implement organisation development initiatives aligned with the group’s growth strategy.
- Strengthen the HR Business Partner model and enhance talent acquisition capabilities.
- Establish HR analytics practices to support data‑driven decision‑making.
- Design and continuously improve a consistent group‑wide compensation and reward framework.
- Drive organisational change, leadership development, succession planning and talent management initiatives.
Required profile
- Minimum 7 years of HR experience, including senior HR leadership or HR Business Partner roles.
- Proven track record partnering with senior executives as a trusted advisor.
- Strong background in organisational development, change management, talent and leadership development.
- Experience improving recruitment and talent acquisition functions.
- Ability to use HR data, metrics and analytics for strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills in Lithuanian and English.
