Client Service Specialist – Digital Banking Support

About the role

As a Client Service Specialist you will support corporate clients in using SEB’s digital banking products, ensuring a smooth and positive experience across email, phone and meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Handle day‑to‑day client inquiries via email, calls and meetings.
• Resolve standard service issues and ensure timely, accurate responses.
• Follow up on client requests, monitor open cases and coordinate with internal teams to maintain service quality.
• Share knowledge with colleagues and actively participate in team routines and initiatives.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of customer‑service experience, preferably in a corporate or technical support environment.
• Basic technical literacy and ability to understand digital banking systems and related codes.
• Customer‑centric mindset with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
• Team‑oriented attitude and ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
