Clinical Research Associate I – Clinical Trial Monitoring

About the role

ICON is a global healthcare intelligence and clinical research organisation. As a Clinical Research Associate I you will support clinical trial operations, ensuring high‑quality outcomes across programmes and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate study set‑up and monitoring activities, produce accurate status reports and maintain documentation.
• Run sponsor‑generated queries efficiently and contribute to cost‑efficient study management.
• Participate in preparation and review of study documentation and feasibility assessments for new proposals.
• Develop strong collaborative relationships with investigators, site staff and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure patient safety by adhering to ICON procedures, protocols and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• University degree in medicine, science or equivalent.
• Relevant clinical trial monitoring experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ICH‑GCP guidelines.
• Experience reviewing and evaluating medical data.
