Compensation Operations Specialist

About the role

As an HR Delivery Specialist in the Compensation unit, you will support the administration and delivery of SEB's variable remuneration programmes, including bonuses, incentive plans, collective profit sharing and equity‑based long‑term incentives. The role blends HR expertise with financial processes, data analysis, reporting and system administration, allowing you to work independently while collaborating closely with HR and Finance teams in Vilnius and Sweden.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and process variable remuneration programmes accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and deliver bonuses, incentive plans, profit‑sharing and equity‑based awards.
• Perform data analysis and generate regular compensation reports.
• Maintain and update compensation systems and related documentation.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance stakeholders to ensure process excellence and compliance.

Required profile

• Excellent collaboration skills across international teams.

Required skills

• Experience in compensation or remuneration administration.
