HR Generalist – Maternity Cover (Recruitment Focus)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to lead talent acquisition and support the overall employee experience during a maternity cover period. You will report to the Head of People and collaborate with hiring managers across our international teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle – job profiling, sourcing, interviewing, selection and offers.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to align hiring plans with business needs.
• Oversee onboarding, integration and probation follow‑up for new hires.
• Support HR projects such as employee engagement, performance management, training, compliance and events.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or HR with strong end‑to‑end recruitment expertise.
• Solid knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing methods and HR best practices.
• Experience in onboarding and supporting engagement and performance management processes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Fluency in English and Lithuanian.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Familiarity with HRIS/ATS platforms (Teamtailor).
