Compliance Assurance Manager – Vinted Pay

About the role

The Compliance Assurance Manager will design and operate the compliance assurance programme for Vinted Pay across Lithuania, Luxembourg and the United Kingdom. Reporting to the Head of Compliance in Lithuania, you will act as a second‑line defence, independently testing the design and effectiveness of controls that meet regulatory obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a risk‑based assurance universe and an annual assurance plan for Vinted Pay entities.
• Conduct assurance reviews and control testing, including design and operating effectiveness, walkthroughs, sampling and evidence collection.
• Document reviews to satisfy internal audit, external audit and supervisory expectations.
• Maintain a consistent assurance methodology across the three entities while reflecting the specific requirements of the Bank of Lithuania, the CSSF and the FCA.
• Rate findings, agree remediation actions, owners and deadlines with the first line, and track them to closure.
• Escalate material compliance breaches, significant control failures and potential regulatory issues.

Required profile

• Experience in compliance, risk management or internal audit within a regulated financial environment.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks in Lithuania, Luxembourg and the United Kingdom.
• Ability to work independently, develop methodology and produce rigorous documentation.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with first‑line owners and senior compliance functions.
