Concept Engineer – Façade Systems (Hybrid, EU)

About the role

We are expanding our R&D team and looking for a Concept Engineer to develop innovative prefabricated façade systems. You will work closely with clients, sales, and pre‑construction teams to ensure high‑performance, sustainable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop concept designs for prefabricated façade systems during early project stages.
• Participate in technical meetings with clients and support Sales & Preconstruction teams.
• Analyze architectural input and propose technically and economically viable solutions.
• Create preliminary drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Support transition from concept to execution and assist Engineering teams when needed.
• Develop and maintain a solutions library.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in façade system design or development.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
• Proactive communication attitude, ensuring clients feel guided and informed.
• Ability to propose feasible solutions even with incomplete data.
• Creative, out‑of‑the‑box thinking.
• Fluent in English, spoken and written.
• Experience with U.S. façade codes (AAMA, ASTM) is a plus.
