About the role
As a Corporate Affairs Operations & Automation Coordinator you will run internal operational cycles while designing technical automations that remove friction across the Corporate Affairs department. The role blends operational support with workflow automation to make the team measurably more effective.
Key responsibilities
- Own the department’s Confluence knowledge base, structure information architecture and keep templates tagged and searchable.
- Run the annual planning cycle – manage timelines, dependencies, status reporting and the shared planning calendar.
- Handle intake and triage of inbound requests (speaking opportunities, partner statements, sustainability queries) against set criteria.
- Maintain and update standard materials, build reporting layers for all‑hands and communications topics.
- Design, develop and maintain LLM workflows for summarising documents, media monitoring, content drafting and consistency audits.
- Map manual workflows, quantify effort and implement automation using Python, n8n or Workato.
- Structure and tag internal communications content for AI tools and enterprise search while complying with privacy rules.
Required profile
- Graduating or recent graduate in business informatics, data analytics, statistics, economics, computer science or a related technical field.
- Experience writing code (coursework, personal project, scraper, bot) and comfortable debugging with AI assistance.
- Strong logical thinking, Excel/Sheets power‑user, and an efficiency mindset.
- Excellent written and spoken English and ability to handle confidential material.
