Corporate Legal Counsel

About the role

We are looking for a Corporate Legal Counsel to join our fast‑moving DTC health and wellness group. You will own the legal function, shape the corporate structure and ensure compliance across all our brands.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the corporate structure, coordinating external lawyers to execute the plan.
• Manage the external law firm, set standards, deadlines, formats and fees.
• Oversee compliance for all brands, including terms and conditions, subscription and refund policies, and marketing claims in every market.
• Draft, negotiate and monitor commercial and inter‑company agreements, becoming the go‑to advisor for the finance team.
• Control the legal budget, track spending and report results.

Required profile

• Law degree with at least 3 years of experience in corporate or commercial law, either in‑house or at a firm.
• Proven experience working with external counsel and a drive to improve processes.
• Fluent English; Lithuanian required for notary, registry and accountant interactions.
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to meet deadlines without supervision.

What we offer

• Salary €2,500–3,500 gross per month.
• Hybrid work model: three days in the Vilnius office, plus one month of remote work per year.
• Direct reporting to the founder and full ownership of the legal function from day one.
