Courier

About the role

DHL is looking for a motivated Courier to join its global logistics network in Vilnius. You will be responsible for the timely, safe, and courteous delivery and collection of parcels and documents, representing DHL’s standards of service.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up shipments and documents across Vilnius according to schedule.
• Ensure parcels are handled securely and arrive on time.
• Maintain a clean, company‑provided vehicle and report any issues.
• Assist colleagues and customers with inquiries and support.
• Participate in DHL events, training sessions, and social projects.

Required profile

• Understanding that courier work involves more than just driving.
• Ability to plan routes independently and work effectively in a team.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive “Can‑do” attitude.
• Fluent Lithuanian and good comprehension of English.
• Valid Category B driving licence and good knowledge of Vilnius streets.
