Customer Service Specialist – English Speaking

About the role

Yara European Business Services is looking for an English‑speaking Customer Service Specialist to join its Lithuania team. The role focuses on building strong relationships with internal and external customers and ensuring smooth supply‑chain operations.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relations with internal and external customers.
• Develop and implement solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with commercial, operational planning, site operations and third‑party terminals.
• Deliver orders to colleagues in Transport Management and manage billing, return and diversion cases.
• Continuously improve supply‑chain processes in collaboration with team members.
• Take independent responsibility for daily tasks and act as a role model for Yara’s health, safety and quality culture.

Required profile

• Fluent/native English with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proactive, self‑driven and solution‑oriented.
• Preferably experienced in customer service or supply‑chain functions.
• Eligible to work in Lithuania.
