Creative Producer – Remote (EU) – Contractor

About the role

We are seeking a Creative Producer to lead the creation of high‑impact video ads for a fast‑growing femtech startup. The role is fully remote within the EU and operates on a contractor basis, delivering 20+ video concepts each month, including at least 10 UGC‑driven pieces.

Key responsibilities

• Generate 20+ video creative concepts per month by analysing product data, performance metrics, competitor ads and social trends.
• Write compelling UGC scripts with strong hooks, storytelling and clear calls‑to‑action for paid social campaigns.
• Produce at least 10 UGC videos each month, managing the full production cycle from casting to final delivery.
• Coordinate creators, video editors, designers, freelancers and agencies to ensure timely, launch‑ready assets.
• Review creator submissions and editor cuts, providing actionable feedback to maintain quality standards.
• Adapt successful ad formats and trends to align with the brand’s creative strategy.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in creative production, performance marketing or paid‑social advertising.
• Strong portfolio of performance‑driven video ads and UGC content.
• Proven ability to write scripts for UGC creators and direct‑response video ads.
• Experience managing creators, editors, designers and external agencies.
• Deep understanding of Meta and TikTok paid‑social platforms and what drives ad performance.
• Ability to analyse creative performance data and translate insights into new concepts.
• Excellent project‑management skills with the capacity to handle multiple productions simultaneously.
