Creative Strategist

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven Creative Strategist to shape the visual and narrative direction of our wellness and lifestyle apps. You will translate audience insights, trends and performance metrics into compelling creative concepts that boost engagement across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop data‑informed creative concepts for digital advertising campaigns.
• Turn performance data, audience insights and market trends into new creative angles and testing ideas.
• Write clear briefs for designers, video editors, animators and other creatives.
• Craft scripts and concepts for actors, creators and UGC‑style content.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, designers and performance specialists.
• Analyze ad performance and apply insights to improve future creatives.
• Research competitors, market trends and target audiences.
• Write performance‑focused hooks, headlines, CTAs and short‑form copy.

Required profile

• Understanding of digital advertising and performance‑driven creative.
• Comfort using campaign data to guide creative decisions.
• Knowledge of what makes social‑media ads engaging and effective.
• Curiosity about trends in fitness, wellness, lifestyle and social media.
• Strong communication skills in English and native fluency in Lithuanian.
