CS Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to handle shipment tracking, resolve issues, and communicate with our clients. The role involves informing both existing and potential customers about our services and products, as well as taking orders over the phone.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously monitor the movement of shipments across our network, promptly identifying delays or irregularities and taking corrective actions.
• Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients, providing real‑time updates and effective solutions to any issues that arise.
• Educate existing and prospective customers about the full range of services and products offered by the company, highlighting benefits and options.
• Handle incoming phone orders, accurately recording details and responding to client queries regarding pricing, estimated transit times, and current shipment locations.

Required profile

• Demonstrates a strong focus on achieving targets and takes ownership of outcomes.
• Pays close attention to detail, works methodically, and ensures consistency in all tasks.
• Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to convey information clearly.
• Works well within a team environment and remains calm and effective under pressure.

Required skills

• Fluent in Lithuanian.
• Proficient in English.
