Customer Advocacy Supervisor

About the role

Dexcom is seeking a Supervisor for its Customer Advocacy team. You will lead a complaint processing group, ensuring compliance with cGMP standards and delivering high‑quality support to our customers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise up to 15 members of the complaint processing team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Plan, assign, and direct daily work while monitoring adherence to established policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and audit cGMP documentation, complaint files, investigations, CAPA records, and other quality system records.
• Address escalated complaints, drive root‑cause analyses, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Motivate team members, provide feedback, and support professional development.

Required profile

• Fluent English with strong verbal, listening, and written communication skills.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading teams and delivering results.
• Background in Quality Assurance, preferably within a regulated environment.
• Experience mentoring/coaching staff and handling global complaint processes.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
