Customer Service Specialist (Phone)

About the role

Join Telia's customer service team in Kaunas as a Phone Customer Service Specialist. You will handle inbound calls, assist customers with their inquiries, and develop skills that are valuable across any career path.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and resolve their questions efficiently.
• Provide clear information about Telia services and help customers make the most of them.
• Analyze customer needs and recommend the most suitable solutions.
• Promote additional services or equipment when appropriate.
• Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience throughout each interaction.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic attitude with a desire to communicate, learn, and achieve results.
• Enjoy working with people and have a curiosity for technology.
• Fluent Lithuanian; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to work full‑time on a shifting schedule.
• No prior experience required – training will be provided.
