Data Administration Specialist

About the role

A rapidly growing steel structures and metal products manufacturer, active in more than 15 European countries including Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark and the Baltic States, is looking for a Data Administration Specialist in Vilnius. The company works on infrastructure, industrial, energy, port, bridge, tunnel and defence projects, such as the Fehmarnbelt Tunnel, Rail Baltica and the Klaipėda Quay Infrastructure. The role takes responsibility for data administration within the company.

Key responsibilities

• Transfer and enter data from Excel documents into specialised engineering software
• Review technical data and ensure its accuracy
• Organise, administer and update data
• Work with technical and engineering information
• Cooperate with engineers and other members of the production team
• Assist with the preparation and administration of production-related information

Required profile

• Completed or ongoing studies in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering or a related field; extensive work experience is not required
• Accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to handle large volumes of information
• Logical and analytical thinking
• Willingness to learn and a responsible approach to work

Required skills

• Good Microsoft Excel skills
• Good command of English
• Ability to quickly learn new software and systems
• Basic engineering or technical knowledge, or willingness to develop it
