Data Analyst – Vilnius

About the role

Orbio World is seeking a Data Analyst to turn data into clear insights and actionable decisions. Based in Vilnius, you will sit at the centre of Business Intelligence, partnering with cross‑functional teams across logistics, marketing and other areas. The role uses modern tools such as Google Cloud and AI‑driven approaches to drive real business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with multiple teams to translate operational and strategic questions into data‑backed direction.
• Break down ambiguous challenges, connect data from diverse sources and deliver insights that drive immediate action.
• Experiment with AI tools and continuously improve analysis processes.
• Prepare and structure datasets for recurring analysis and reporting, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
• Own end‑to‑end projects, proactively follow through and push for better solutions across teams.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience in data analytics or a related technical role.
• Proven track record delivering impactful, business‑facing insights.
• Strong analytical mindset with a proactive ownership attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast‑moving environment and handle ambiguous problems.

Required skills

• Advanced SQL skills, including complex joins, CTEs, window functions and performance optimisation.
• Experience with at least one BI tool (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Looker) and ability to adapt to new tools.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud platform and large‑scale data environments.
