Data Engineer, Platform

About the role

We are looking for a Data Engineer to join Eneba’s Platform team. You will help build and maintain the data pipelines that power our gaming marketplace, enabling data‑driven decisions across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Create, maintain and optimise data pipelines for efficient data access.
• Collaborate with machine‑learning engineers to automate training, quality assessment and model release processes.
• Design and implement data infrastructure for analytics, hypothesis testing and company metrics.
• Identify and improve internal processes to optimise data delivery and automate manual tasks.
• Develop and refine data modelling patterns and apply necessary modifications.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or a similar role.
• Extensive experience with Apache Spark using Python for large‑scale processing.
• Familiarity with Databricks or comparable cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake).
• Experience with AWS, Azure or other Kubernetes‑based environments is a strong plus.
• Hands‑on expertise with Git for version control.
• Solid knowledge of SQL for querying relational databases.
