Design Engineer

About the role

As a Design Engineer in Hilti’s Baltics Engineering team, you will turn engineering challenges into practical construction solutions. You will work across the Baltic region, using digital tools and close collaboration to support sales, customers and design offices.

Key responsibilities

• Develop engineering drawings and technical solutions using Hilti software.
• Provide engineering expertise and technical support to sales colleagues, customers and design offices.
• Prepare technical documentation, specifications and certifications for customers.
• Manage your area of responsibility independently, ensuring high quality and effective project delivery.
• Visit key construction sites and customers when required (up to 5% of the role).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Fluent Lithuanian and good command of English.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present technical solutions clearly.
• Structured working style, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to work with colleagues across the Baltics.

Required skills

• AutoCAD or other CAD software.
• General CAD software proficiency.
• Basic understanding of structural analysis and ability to interpret results.
