DevOps Engineer – Cloud Native Infrastructure

About the role

As a DevOps Engineer reporting to the Senior Director of Software Engineering, you will design and build cloud‑native infrastructure and automation that powers Nasdaq’s Eqlipse CSD platform. You will work in a fast‑paced, high‑impact environment, collaborating with globally distributed teams to improve reliability and developer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop provisioning and deployment pipelines that drive platform reliability and scalability.
• Set up and manage cloud accounts and environments across development, QA, performance, and UAT stages for multiple clients.
• Optimize cloud infrastructure to improve system performance.
• Automate manual processes to enhance developer experience, efficiency, and team productivity.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Several years of hands‑on experience in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and automation.
• Strong communicator who thrives in collaborative, agile, and globally distributed teams.
• Commitment to knowledge sharing, mentorship, and continuous team development.
