DevOps Engineer – Engineering Core Platform

About the role

Join Luminor’s Engineering Core Platform department as a DevOps Engineer. You will be responsible for the reliability, security, and operational excellence of the cloud infrastructure that powers critical banking services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable, and resilient AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code.
• Manage cloud networking, security, monitoring, backup, and disaster‑recovery capabilities.
• Develop reusable Terraform and Terragrunt modules for multi‑environment deployments.
• Administer and automate Linux (RHEL) environments.
• Operate and enhance monitoring, observability, and alerting solutions with actionable dashboards.
• Support incident response, root‑cause analysis, and post‑incident reviews.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in DevOps, platform operations, or infrastructure engineering supporting large‑scale, business‑critical systems.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with Amazon Web Services (EC2, VPC, subnets, security groups, IAM, load balancing, monitoring, backup, DR, etc.).
• Extensive experience with Terraform and Terragrunt, including module creation and environment composition.
• Experience with configuration‑management tools (Chef preferred; Ansible, Puppet, or SaltStack acceptable).
• Deep knowledge of Linux administration, especially Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
