DevOps Technical Lead – AWS & Oracle FLEXCUBE

About the role

Luminor is seeking a senior DevOps Technical Lead to drive the design, migration, and operation of Oracle FLEXCUBE core‑banking platforms on AWS. You will combine hands‑on cloud expertise with deep Oracle knowledge to ensure a secure, highly available, and scalable environment for a local banking champion.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and implementation of AWS infrastructure for Oracle FLEXCUBE and related workloads.
• Plan and execute migration of Oracle FLEXCUBE services to AWS, ensuring minimal disruption.
• Design secure, scalable, and highly available AWS environments (EC2, VPC, subnets, routing, security groups, NACLs, load balancing).
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Terragrunt, including reusable modules and multi‑environment deployments.
• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins or comparable tools) and automate provisioning, testing, and delivery.
• Operate Docker and Kubernetes environments where appropriate.
• Define and implement disaster‑recovery, backup, and service‑continuity strategies.
• Enhance monitoring, observability, and performance readiness.
• Collaborate with engineering, database, security, and business teams to deliver reliable solutions.
• Mentor engineers, contribute to hiring, and participate in on‑call rotation.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of professional IT experience, with proven leadership of large‑scale, business‑critical systems.
• Mandatory professional experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with AWS services (EC2, VPC, IAM, load balancing, monitoring, backup, networking).
• Extensive experience with Terraform and Terragrunt for IaC.
• Solid background in CI/CD pipeline design and implementation.
• Advanced Linux administration and automation skills.
