Digital & Product Marketing Specialist

About the role

Join Reiz Tech’s Marketing team to help grow its fintech product. This hands‑on junior‑to‑mid‑level position combines digital marketing execution, content creation, product marketing and sales enablement. It is a part‑time role (up to 40 hours per month) open to candidates based in Lithuania.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise paid and organic campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn and through SEO.
• Support landing‑page optimisation, funnel design and conversion‑rate improvement.
• Track, analyse and report campaign performance using analytics dashboards.
• Create website copy, blog posts, email campaigns, feature announcements and FAQs.
• Translate complex fintech features into clear, compliant messaging.
• Collaborate with Product, UX and Sales to launch features, define positioning and support onboarding.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in digital, growth or product marketing.
• Background in fintech, SaaS or B2B technology.
• Strong copywriting and content‑creation abilities.
• Proven experience working closely with sales teams.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Based in Lithuania.
