Director of Operations – Lithuania

About the role

The Director of Operations will be based in Vilnius and report to the Managing Director. This senior leader is responsible for driving growth, operational excellence and people development across Premier Restaurants’ 19 McDonald’s locations in Lithuania.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the market’s operational strategy to achieve sales, profitability, guest count and guest experience targets.
• Ensure consistent execution of McDonald’s standards and market priorities across all restaurants.
• Collaborate with functional partners such as HR, Training, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, IT and Development to align on priorities.
• Oversee performance measurement and reporting on key performance indicators.
• Develop and coach restaurant leadership teams, fostering succession planning and talent pipelines.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Management or a related field.
• Extensive multi‑unit leadership experience, preferably in quick‑service restaurant, hospitality or retail.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven track record in people development, succession planning and coaching future leaders.
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English.
