E-commerce Operations Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an E‑commerce Operations Coordinator to own the day‑to‑day running of our refurbished‑sets web shop. You will ensure that every LEGO set moves smoothly from being ready for sale to reaching a happy customer, handling everything in‑between.

Key responsibilities

• Manage product content – organise photos and videos, maintain visual standards and keep product pages up‑to‑date.
• Plan and run in‑house building sessions, coordinating sets, people and schedules.
• Maintain the webshop catalogue: write descriptions, set prices, update stock status.
• Provide customer support via email and shop channels, handling questions and complaints.
• Oversee order‑to‑shipment process, pack and dispatch sets, and resolve any delays.
• Own the release calendar, coordinating new set launches, stock, content and communications.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (written and spoken) and Lithuanian.
• Based in or near Vilnius – on‑site work.
• 0–3 years of experience; first‑job candidates are welcome.
• Hands‑on attitude, able to switch between camera, spreadsheet and packing station.
• Self‑starter, organised and reliable, comfortable staying active on the floor.
• Confident user of AI tools and eager to explore their potential.
